I'm not very happy about writing about this. I'm not sure if I'm even going to post it. I guess I should, just to show it's not all peaches 'n cream out there in Craislistland.
I'd e-mailed a guy who's handle was "hotcowboy@somethingoranother". He said he "loved massaging guys/possibly busting a nut" and claimed to be 44.
Well, it's Saturday, and I check my e-mail, and the cowboy says, "are ya free" So, I figure, sure, I could use a back rub.

I showered and drove to Bountiful. I found Cowboy's apartment, and knocked on the door. He invited me in. I shook his hand.
The living room was a bit messy and "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" was playing on the TV.
The Cowboy walked out of the room.

After awhile I rolled over and he lubed my dick up with more Suave lotion and proceeded to jerk me off, while talking nonstop about everything from his recent trip to Pocatello, Idaho to road construction on Interstate 15.

All I could think of was, "I hope I don't' get crabs from that creepy bed." Eeeeew.
I don't know what else to say. Eeeew.
I've had more success with A4A than Craigslist. There are a lot of turn offs in both places, but with A4A you can chat and get a feeling on what the other guy is like before meeting him face to face. You can also share pics, so that there are no surprises.

ReplyDeleteSeems like every area is a bit different in terms of the success rate of contacts from the various sites (as well as changing in character over time). For me, A4A has always been a real bust. Craigslist is a so-so place with occasional great connections and a lot of duds and go-nowhere emails. ManHunt is consistently pretty good in my area, and BBRT is terrific. The key thing is to keep open to possibilities wherever they present themselves.
ReplyDeleteAnd you are absolutely correct that you don't need to be young, or hung, or really anything specific to play with other guys (excepting the real fetish devotees - and I include those who demand a particular age set or dick size as fetishists). Assuming that you are posting about all or most of your exploits, your success rate is quite impressive!
Oh, and you're right -- Amtop's blog is terrific!
