If getting a comment means that much to you, here's another. I have been meaning to post a general comment for some time now and find myself with some extra time on my hands today.

I'm not any more liberal in one town or another. Given how the internet has made the world so much smaller, an unwise pic posted in an ad 2000 miles from home is the same as one posted in my home town.
ReplyDeleteI guess it's easier because when you are in a large city, there are always others like yourself in the same situation on business. When I advertise myself as an average white professional businessman in a hotel room looking for the same, that's usually what I get in response. Sure, you get the handful of, 'Sup. Send me a pic. Where you at?" replies, but they are fairly easy to delete.
Also, the hotel bar of most larger hotels where business travelers stay is almost always a great place to meet. Walk in, order a drink, see who is drinking by themselves and if you like what you see give them a slight nod. Then it's as easy as striking up a conversation, let the leg accidentally touch and you have your answer.
